Nigeria's Flamingos win 12-0 to cruise into U17 World Cup qualifying third round
Nigeria's U17 women's national team, the Flamingos, completed a dominant 12-0 aggregate victory over the Central African Republic to advance to the third round of FIFA U17 Women's World Cup qualifying.
Pulse Sports Nigeria reports that the Flamingos cruised to a 6-0 second-leg win in Abuja on Friday evening to ease into the third round.

Chidi Harmony was the star of the show in the capital city after she bagged a hat-trick in the comprehensive win.
Kesiena Tessy Ojiyovwi and Ramota Kareem also got on the scoresheet as Nigeria comprehensively disposed of their opponents.
The result sends the Flamingos into the final qualifying round on the road to the 2024 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in the Dominican Republic in an emphatic fashion.
The explosive encounter took place at the Stade Ominsport Douala, with the Flamingos proving to be just too good and strong for their hosts.

Moshood Shakirat Abidemi was the star of the showing after she netted an excellent hat-trick to inspire the Flamingos.
Nigeria completed the roasting at home, with Harmony taking over from where her teammate, Abidemi stopped in the second leg.
The Flamingos will now wait to take on the winner of the match between Guinea and Burkina Faso next.
