Nigeria's Alozie boosts grassroots with generous kit donation in Lagos
Super Falcons defender Michelle Alozie has given grassroots football in Surulere a lift after she donated football kits.
Pulse Sports Nigeria reports that Alozied decided to touch the lives of the youngsters with kits worth over N1,000,000.
Generous Alozie puts smile on faces
According to her agency, Plug Sports, the Houston Dash star donated the kits to a local team, C.A.T.S.
The Community Action Through Sports group received the goodies from the superstar, who showed her community spirit by handing over the gifts.
Alozie’s generous package is to aid the development of young talents and the versatile star was excited by her gesture.
According to a post on her official social media account, the decision to reach out to the community was because she has been blessed to be a blessing to others.
“God continues to bless me so I can bless others,” Alozie posted on the social media platform, X.com.
The donation provided a timely boost for CATS as they continue to empower youths, most girls, in the region through football and other sports.

Meanwhile, Alozie is set to return to the pitch for the Super Falcons as Nigeria faces Cameroon in the Paris 2024 qualifiers.
Alozie is part of the 21-player squad made public by the NFF for the explosive clash against the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, as reported by Pulse Sports Nigeria.
