In the Turkish Super Lig, Victor Osimhen continues to operate at a level of his own. 

The former African King of Football reached a massive personal landmark during Galatasaray’s 4–0 demolition of Kayserispor on Sunday.

Osimhen netted his 200th career goal (165 club goals, 35 international), doubling Galatasaray's lead from the penalty spot in the 26th minute. 

Not content with just scoring, the Cim-Bom talisman turned architect in the second half, providing a clinical assist for Gabriel Sara to make it 3–0.

Osimhen was central to Galatasaray’s dominance and was deservedly named Man of the Match in the one-sided affairs for the Istanbul giants. 

With 14 goals in 20 appearances this season, he remains the most feared striker in the region.

The Lookman saga ends: Atletico Madrid bound

The biggest news of the weekend undoubtedly came from the transfer offices. 

After months of tension with Atalanta, Ademola Lookman has finally secured his departure to La Liga.

On Sunday evening, Atletico Madrid officially confirmed they had reached an agreement for the 28-year-old forward in a deal worth a total package of €40 million. 

Lookman, who was also a target for Fenerbahce, prioritised the move to Spain to work under Diego Simeone.

“The Nigerian forward is already in Madrid, where he will undergo a medical and will finish formalising his new contract,” the club announced.
