My helper without belt - Boniface trolls Victor Osimhen over sagging pants
Nigeria Super Eagles stars Victor Boniface and Victor Osimhen have provided some comic relief for football fans after Boniface posted a photo on social media mocking his teammate’s sagging jeans.
Osimhen and Boniface were in Nigeria for the festive season ahead of a busy international duty with the Super Eagles in AFCON2023.

In a post on X.com, formerly Twitter, Bayer Leverkusen’s superstar, Boniface, included a picture of him and Osimhen wearing jeans that appeared too large on him.
The Napoli icon could be seen holding his jeans from the waistline as both players made their way into a building.
Leverkusen’s contributor-in-chief, Boniface, joked in a caption that the two needed to go get themselves a belt.
“Me and my helper @victorosimhen9,” Boniface stated in the post.
“Na to go buy belt remain cus I no understand the hold of the jean ooo,” he added.
The hilarious post gave fans a glimpse into the friendship between the two Nigerian forwards, who are expected to light up Cote d’Ivoire when the 2023 AFCON kicks off.
Boniface’s trolling of Osimhen’s fashion faux pas provided not just football fans some laughs online but also the Napoli striker, who responded in the comments section.
“I need to arrest you!!” the African Player of the Year said, with laughing emojis in his reply to Boniface’s post.
That post has quickly gained traction among supporters of the players, who also took to the comments to react to the lighthearted tweet.
“Why una no get belt?” one of the fans quizzed, with another adding “No belt gang levels now… brosses I greet o.”
“Honestly if Boniface humour online is this big In real life. Imma tell u this guy is the most wonderful football celeb of all time. The way he interacts is top notch,” another supporter added.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles have opened their AFCON 2023 camp in Abu Dhabi, with Boniface one of the early arrivals while Osimhen is still being expected.
Nigeria Super Eagles will have their first training session later this evening as Jose Peseiro begins quest to end a 10-year wait to lift the AFCON.
