Erik ten Hag and Manchester United are reportedly not impressed with Sofyan Amrabat and will reject the chance to make his loan from Fiorentina permanent next summer.
Manchester United say no to Amrabat
Amrabat emerged as one of Man United manager Ten Hag’s top targets last summer after impressing for club and country.
The midfielder played a key role in Morocco’s run to the 2022 FIFA World Cup semi-finals.
The 27-year-old ultimately joined Manchester United on the deadline day, with the Premier League club securing his services on loan for a fee of £8.5 million, coupled with an option to make the deal permanent for £21.5 million.
Regrettably, Amrabat's performances have fallen short of expectations this season, and according to reports from the Sun, the Red Devils are now unlikely to make Amrabat's loan deal permanent.
Manager Erik ten Hag is already making plans for the player's departure at the end of the season.
