Man City and 2 other European giants keeping tabs on Flying Eagles star Benjamin
Flying Eagles defender Benjamin Fredrick has emerged on the transfer radar of some of Europe’s elite clubs following his superb displays at the ongoing FIFA U20 World Cup.
Frederick has been one of Nigeria’s best performers at the global showpiece after helping Nigeria book a place in the quarterfinals of the competition.

According to transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, has revealed that the trio of Manchester City, Bayern Munich and Villarreal are some of the clubs that have picked interest in the defender.
Romano took to his social media account to list the clubs following another superb performance from the youngster.
Frederick was at the heart of Nigeria’s defense as they held back host Argentina in a memorable round of 16 clash on Wednesday night.
The 18-year-old and his defensive partners put up a masterclass at the back to inspire the Flying Eagles to a clean sheet in the famous 2-0 win courtesy of goals from Ibrahim Muhammad and Rilwanu Sarki.
Romano reacted to Fredrick’s performance with a statement on top European sides who are interested in the centre-back.
Apart from the trio, he also revealed that Belgian giants Anderlecht, RB Leipzig and Danish side Midtjylland are also some of the clubs keeping tabs.
