The 33-year-old Belgian has been one of the best players in England over the past decade, scoring 189 goals in 10 seasons at the Etihad.

Speculation about his future has been rife in recent weeks, with strong interest from Saudi Arabia, MLS, and even clubs in England.

According to reports, MLS side Chicago Fire are favourites to sign the Belgian this summer, potentially pitting the creative genius against 8-time Ballon d'Or winner Lionel Messi.

The Belgian captain prefers to go to the MLS rather than sign a contract to play in Saudi Arabia.
