Jude Bellingham scores on his debut as Real Madrid begin their LaLiga campaign on a perfect note

Jide Bellingham made his LaLiga debut for the Spanish giants and crowned it with a goal with Real Madrid beating Bilbao 2-0 on the night.

Rodrygo opened the scoring for Carlo Ancelotti's side with a sublime finish inside the box to put Madrid one goal up.

Debutant Jude Bellingham added the second goal a few minutes later to give his team a comfortable lead in the first half.

Carlo Ancelotti played a 4-3-1-2 formation with Jude Bellingham making his debut for Real Madrid and playing behind Rodrygo and Vinicius Junior.

Athletic Bilbao manager Ernesto Valverde on the other hand used a 4-2-3-1 formation with Senegalese forward Inaki Williams leading the attack. 

The game started but both teams could not create any chance not until the 28th minute when Real Madrid got the first chance and scored.

Rodrygo picked up the ball in the right side of the box and he shot low to beat Unai Simon at the near post. 

Real Madrid almost added the second goal when David Alaba rose to head a corner and almost squeezed the ball in at the near post.

Two minutes later Madrid got the second goal of the game and put themselves in a comfortable position.

The referee blew the whistle for the end of the first half with Real Madrid leading 2-0 at the San Mames stadium.

The second started and Athletic Bilbao tried to get back into the game. They tried creating chances but could not find the back of the net.

Real Madrid maintained their two-goal lead and stopped every threat coming from the Bilbao team.
