Jannik Sinner: World No.1 sparks dating rumours with Russian model Lara Leito after being spotted locking lips

Jannik Sinner may be making headlines for more than just his return to professional tennis.

 The 23-year-old Italian ace and World No.1, currently preparing for his comeback at the Italian Open, has sparked dating rumours after being spotted with Russian model Lara Leito in Monte Carlo.

Daily Mail reports that the two were photographed by Chi Magazine during a training session at the Monte Carlo Country Club, where Leito was seen chatting with Sinner’s coaching team, filming his drills, and reportedly sharing a kiss with the star athlete.

Leito, 31, is no stranger to the spotlight, having previously graced the pages of Vogue and L’Officiel.

She was previously in a high-profile relationship with Oscar-winning actor Adrien Brody, whom she dated for six years. 

The model has also been linked in the past to French actor Olivier Martinez.

However, the new romance has not been confirmed by either party amid speculation.

 According to Chi, the pair were seen embracing after a session and departing together in Sinner’s Audi RS6 ABT Legacy Edition.

Jannik Sinner’s recent months have been anything but smooth.

 His three-month ban from tennis set to expire on May 6, stemmed from testing positive for clostebol, an anabolic steroid.

 Authorities later accepted that the banned substance entered his system inadvertently via a massage, and a controversial settlement with WADA saw him serve a shortened suspension.

Sinner’s rumoured split from fellow tennis player Anna Kalinskaya adds another layer of intrigue. 

The two were last seen publicly in November 2024, amid reports of a “relationship crisis.” 

Their romance had garnered attention throughout the 2024 season, including a heartfelt moment at the US Open where Kalinskaya was spotted cheering from Sinner’s box.

Now, with a new season looming, Sinner looks set to be cheered on by a new love interest.
