‘It’s no problem for him’ -Dutch star of Nigerian heritage showers praise on Osimhen

Emegha, a Dutch forward of Nigerian heritage, is slated to join Chelsea at the end of the current season after the Premier League club secured a deal for his transfer.

The striker, a product of the Sparta Rotterdam academy, has been in impressive form for Strasbourg this season.

The Chelsea-bound striker has contributed seven goals and two assists in 11 appearances across all competitions.

The young striker expressed his deep admiration for Osimhen, noting that he has been tracking the Super Eagles star's career path for years.

"Yes, I think he’s fantastic and I’ve been following him for a long time. First at Napoli, now at Galatasaray," Emegha told Africa Top Sports.

Emegha specifically highlighted Osimhen's exceptional physical and technical skills, which set him apart from other forwards.

"Watch him play: with his back to the defender, he receives an aerial ball, a pass that’s difficult to control. 

“It’s no problem for him," Emegha explained. "He jumps two meters and controls the ball with his chest. As if it were nothing."

Osimhen, who made a permanent move to Galatasaray last summer, has maintained his prolific goal-scoring record, scoring 11 times in 15 matches this season.

Emegha's praise underscores the significant impact Osimhen has made in European football and the high regard in which he is held by the sport's emerging generation of talent.
