However, since joining the Red Devils, the club's performance has dipped, with the team only securing two wins this season.

Dorgu speaks on Nigerian name

The Danish international embraced his Igbo middle name, "Chinazaekpere," to honour both his heritage and his religious upbringing.

Speaking at his local church, Dorgu explained that "Chinazaekpere" translates to "God answers prayers," a name that reflects the deep-seated faith that has guided him since childhood.

"Religion means a lot to me; it’s always been a big part of my life and my family's. I’ve always been praying since I was young, and I keep praying," Dorgu stated, as quoted by Manchester United's official website.
