Mourinho was so upset that he waited for Taylor in the parking lot and hurled abuses at the English referee, believing he had been poor in his officiating.

The Roma boss, who was handed a four-match ban for the incident by UEFA, has now opened up on the now-infamous defeat to Sevilla and his recent cup final experiences.

"Winning the Europa League with Manchester United was a normal feeling for me," Mourinho told Sky.

"But, Roma vs Sevilla… if I say what I think I will surely get banned for 10 games."

That defeat to Sevilla represents Mourinho's first European final defeat since he became a manager.
