Nadine Nifemi Martins, the wife of Super Eagles of Nigeria legend, Obafemi Martins, penned a romantic message to him to commemorate eight years of love.

The 39-year-old former footballer, one of the all-time highest goalscorers in the history of the national team, received a heartfelt message from his longtime partner.

Taking to her Instagram page, the influencer and businesswoman posted a picture of the former Inter Milan striker, as she boldly captioned:

Martins, one of the richest Nigerian footballers, was formerly married to Mario Balotelli's sister, Abigail Barwuah.

Martins and his Ghanaian-Italian wife have one child, Kendrick, whom they welcomed in 2013.

However, reports said their marriage ended as the former Newcastle United and Seattle Sounders found love again in the arms of Nadine.

The beautiful Wag also co-manages Obafemi Martins’ Foundation.

During his playing days, “Obagoal” as he is famously called played European football with Inter, Newcastle and Wolfsburg, winning the UEFA Intertoto Cup with Newcastle.
