‘He rejected them’ - Turkish expert reveals Osimhen turned down Man United after transfer meeting

Osimhen has been in the news since the opening of the January transfer window and has been linked to top clubs in Europe.

The Super Eagles striker has caught several club's attention following his impressive loan spell at Galatasaray.

Osimhen has made seventeen appearances in all competitions, scoring thirteen goals and providing six assists this season.

Yağız offered his perspective on the rumours that Victor Osimhen was linked to Manchester United by describing what he saw at a transfer meeting.

Speaking about the situation, he said, according to habersarikirmizi.com, "If Galatasaray finds the money for Victor Osimhen, they will buy him. They are also trying to find the money. 

"I don't think he will go on an interim transfer. Because there was a transfer meeting that I witnessed. Manchester United wanted him, but he (Osimhen) rejected them."

Ruben Amorim is allegedly impressed with Osimhen’s performances and wants to increase the team's attacking options for the upcoming campaign.

However, despite the Red Devils' interest, Osimhen declined the chance to join the Premier League giants.
