‘He doesn’t like coming second’ - Al-Nassr given one condition to make Ronaldo happy
This season, Al-Nassr are currently eight points behind table-topping arch-rivals Al-Hilal in fourth place in the Saudi Pro League after 17 games.
It appears like they will end the season without winning a trophy given their standing on the league table.
Ronaldo moved to the Middle East in 2023, but he has only added one trophy to his collection already.
Morgan speaks about Ronaldo
Piers Morgan has explained to Al-Nassr's official media what must occur to appease the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.
He said via AlNassr FC on X, “Al-Nassr, clearly at the moment, are not quite firing how I think Cristiano would like them to.
“Probably need a few new players coming in to help him, and then they can really compete to win the title.
" I know Cristiano, he doesn't like coming 2nd " 🐐

“I know Cristiano, he wants to win the league. He doesn’t like coming second, or third, or fourth. He wants to win. Need a few more winners in that team and you can do it.”
Despite maintaining an impressive individual record of 84 goals in 93 appearances, he is yet to credit his effort with trophies in Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo continued his impressive form for Al Nassr, having scored a brace in their 3-1 win at the weekend against Al Fateh.
