Cristiano Ronaldo might’ve suffered AFC Champions League heartbreak last week, but he’s all love off the field.

The Portuguese superstar, fresh off Al Nassr’s semi-final exit to Kawasaki Frontale, took to social media to celebrate Mother’s Day with a touching tribute to the two leading ladies in his life: his mum Maria Dolores Aveiro and longtime partner Georgina Rodriguez.

Posting to his official pages, Ronaldo shared a sweet photo carousel featuring a snap with his mum and another of Georgina with their five children, including Cristiano Jr.

The caption was simple, but heartfelt:

“Every day is theirs, but today in particular ❤️ Happy Mother’s Day.”

Ronaldo isn’t the only one making headlines in the family.

Georgina Rodriguez, 31, is causing waves of her own ahead of her first-ever Met Gala appearance this week.

Pulse Sports reports she’s already landed in New York for the iconic event set to take place tomorrow, May 5.

The model and influencer shocked her 66.2 million Instagram followers just days ago by flaunting a massive emerald-cut diamond ring on her stories.

The photo included a caption in Arabic:

“And keep evil away from us, Amen,” — the exact words tattooed on her left hand.

But despite the dazzling rock, the couple are not officially engaged.

Her bling post came just weeks after Ronaldo’s now-viral Netflix comments where he admitted he still hadn’t proposed, sparking a wave of speculation and memes.
