Ghana vs Nigeria: Time and Where to watch Flamingos WAFU U-17 Girls Cup final

Nigeria's under 17 girls national football team known as the Flamingos are set for battle against west African rivals Ghana.

Ghana and Nigeria are set to face off in the final of the WAFU Girls U17 Cup.

The Flamingos defeated Nigeria Republic 9-0 in their opening group game.

In their second group game, a Harmony Chidi hattrick proved to be vital in a 3-2 win against Cote d’Ivoire to book a place in the semifinal.

In the semifinal, the Flamingos recorded a 2-0 win against their counterparts from Benin Republic.

The Flamingos needed a victory against the Benin Republic to book a place at the Africa Cup of Nations in 2025.

The victory set the Flamingos of Nigeria to take on tournament hosts the Black Maidens of Ghana in the final.

Ghana qualified for the final thanks to a 5-0 demolition job against Côte d'Ivoire.

Goals from Seidatu Wahab and Zipporah Ayantoya and an outstanding hat-trick from Christiana Ashiaku Ghana a comfortable victory.

Just like Nigeria, hosts Ghana are undefeated in their three games at the tournament.

While Côte d'Ivoire and Benin Republic battle for third place Nigeria and Ghana face off in the final.

The game will take place at the Centre Prampram in Ghana with kick-off at 8 PM Nigerian time.
