Galatasaray vs Kayserispor: Osimhen on target as Cim-Bom romp Anadolu Yıldızı

Top-class Victor Osimhen scored from the penalty spot as Galatasaray cruised to a convincing 4–0 win over Kayserispor in their Turkish Süper Lig clash at RAMS Park.

Galatasaray dominated from the outset and never relinquished control against bottom-side Kayserispor, capitalising on early defensive errors. The result keeps Galatasaray firmly on course in the title race, while Kayserispor remain mired in their relegation battle.

The hosts settled quickly and struck first in the 7th minute when Kayserispor defender Aaron Opoku inadvertently turned the ball into his own net under sustained pressure inside the box, giving Galatasaray an early 1–0 lead. 

Galatasaray doubled their advantage in the 26th minute when star striker Victor Osimhen converted from the penalty spot after a foul in the area, sending the goalkeeper the wrong way and making it 2–0 heading into the break. 

In the second half, Galatasaray continued to dominate. Gabriel Sara added the third in the 60th minute, finishing with composure after he was set up by Osimhen.

The scoring was rounded out deep in injury time (90+4′) as Mauro Icardi stepped up to convert another penalty after relentless pressure forced a late foul in the box, cementing a comprehensive 4–0 victory.
