Fans troll Hazard for saying he is better than Cristiano Ronaldo

Eden Hazard's recent comments comparing himself to Cristiano Ronaldo have sparked a flurry of reactions from fans and observers alike. The Belgian international, who retired from football after a challenging stint with Real Madrid, claimed he was a better "pure footballer" than Ronaldo, despite acknowledging the Portuguese superstar's incredible accomplishments and stature in the sport. 

Hazard's assertion, as previously reported, is based on belief in his own talent and style of play, distinguishing himself from Ronaldo's record-breaking career filled with titles and individual awards.

One fan said, “He went to Real Madrid to replace Cristiano Ronaldo and failed to achieve 2% of what Cristiano Ronaldo achieved with Real Madrid. Cristiano scored more goals with his head than Hazard's total career goals. The only thing Eden Hazard is better than Cr7 at is eating burgers.”
