Could it be? Jadon Sancho sparks Saweetie dating rumours during Conference League title celebration

Chelsea may have lifted the UEFA Europa Conference League trophy in emphatic style following their 4-1 triumph over Real Betis in Poland, but all eyes weren’t just on the thrilling comeback. 

England winger Jadon Sancho has sent the rumour mill into overdrive after eagle-eyed fans spotted what appears to be a lock screen image of American rap sensation Saweetie during the post-match celebrations.

Sancho, who came off the bench to notch a confidence-boosting goal, was seen in jubilant scenes with his Chelsea teammates. 

According to Goal, footage from the dressing room caught a glimpse of his phone — and on it, front and centre, was a photo of Saweetie. 

This isn't the first time the pair have been linked. 

Back in January, Saweetie made a surprise appearance at Stamford Bridge during their match against Bournemouth, sharing a warm pre-match hug with Sancho pitchside. 

The rapper, currently gearing up for the Australian leg of her global tour, shared photos from her visit on her Instagram stories.

Saweetie has also dated some high-profile names in the music industry including rappers Quavo, and YG.

Sancho, who is still officially a Manchester United player, has had a mixed season, but his loan stint at Chelsea seems to have rejuvenated his form. 

While speculation continues about a potential permanent move away from Old Trafford, his private life has suddenly become the bigger headline.

Social media sleuths have pointed out that the 25-year-old forward not only follows Saweetie, but regularly likes her posts. 

Although, there is no official confirmation of any relationship, as the 31-year-old rapper does not follow the Blues star on social media.

Still, the lock screen revelation has fans convinced there’s more than just mutual admiration brewing.
