Meanwhile, holders Newcastle United are set to host Tottenham in another high-profile matchup.
Elsewhere, Arsenal, who have not won the competition since 1993, face a difficult home tie against Brighton, and Wolves will host Chelsea in an all-Premier League affair.
The draw also created some exciting prospects for the lower-league teams still in the competition. Grimsby Town, the only League Two side remaining after stunning Manchester United, secured another home game against Premier League club Brentford.
For the first time, three Welsh sides made it to the last 16, resulting in a derby as Wrexham will host Cardiff City for the first time since 2002.
Finally, Swansea will have a challenging match at home against Manchester City, and Wycombe Wanderers will host Fulham.
