Legendary WWE wrestler Bray Wyatt died at the age of 36, reportedly following a heart attack.

Wyatt may have passed away suddenly, but earlier this year he battled health problems worsened on by Covid-19.

It was speculated that the three-time WWE world champion, who hasn't competed since winning the Mountain Dew Pitch Black Match against LA Knight at the Royal Rumble in January, was on the verge of returning.

He was sidelined from the ring for a considerable amount of time due to a "life-threatening" illness.

1. Bray Wyatt's real name is Windham Lawrence Rotunda. He is a third-generation wrestler and the son of WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda.

2. When they were both college students at Troy University in Alabama, Bray Wyatt and Samantha Rotunda first met and got married in 2012.

The couple were blessed with two daughters named Kendyl and Cadyn.

3. On February 5, 2009, Windham Lawrence Rotunda, then known as Husky Harris, made his professional wrestling debut by defeating Brian Jossie in a match for Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW).
