Juventus, Napoli and AC Milan are all ready to pay around €40m for the Nigerian according to reports from Italy-based Football Italia.

Boniface has hit the ground running in Germany since his €20.5m move from Union Saint-Gilloise last summer after becoming Leverkusen’s contributor-in-chief.

The 23-year-old has scored 16 goals across competitions so far, with 10 of them in the Bundesliga, in what has been an impressive start to life at the BayArena.

His red-hot form has seen Leverkusen more than double their investment in just six months as the Super Eagles superstar stock continues to rise.

Italian super club Juve are plotting a swoop, while Napoli appears to have identified Boniface as the ideal successor to compatriot and namesake Victor Osimhen.

With his price tag inflating rapidly amid interest from Italy's elite clubs, Nigeria’s Boniface could be at the centre of a blockbuster summer transfer.

The Nigerian striker is currently out for three months after picking up a knee problem that ruled him out of the Super Eagles AFCON 2023 journey.
