Blow to South African Giants as Simba Turn Down Big-Money Offer for Star Forward
South African giants Kaizer Chiefs have reportedly failed in their attempts to lure Tanzanian winger Kibu Denis to the club after their approach was rebuffed by Simba SC.
Denis is one of the best right wingers on the continent and played a key part as Simba went all the way to the CAF Confederation Cup final and has attracted interest from Chiefs who will also participate in the competition next season.
However, Chiefs’ big-money offer has reportedly been turned down by Simba who are keen to hold onto one of their star players.

Chiefs🇿🇦 have now officially pulled out of the race to sign the Tanzanian forward.
Reports say Chiefs have now turned their attention to other targets as they look to reinforce their attack after their poor campaign in the South African league that saw them finish ninth last season.
Chiefs have also been linked with another Tanzanian star in midfielder Feisal Salum who plays at Azam but will have to fight with Simba for his signature while his current club has also tabled a lucrative new deal to him.
It remains to be seen who Chiefs will shift their focus to but there is pressure to bring in new and quality signings after the disappointing season they had under veteran Tunisian coach Nasreddine Nabi.
