David’s future was up in the air throughout the second half of last season, as soon as it became clear he would not be renewing his contract with the French club.
Despite strong interest from elsewhere, Juventus have won the race, as they seek to return to the pinnacle of Italian football.
What does David deal mean for Victor Osimhen?
While Juventus have long admired Napoli's Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, their commitments to Randal Kolo Muani for next season and now David make a move for the 26-year-old unlikely.
Even with Dusan Vlahovic expected to leave, the Bianconeri likely lack the funds or squad space for Osimhen.
The Nigerian's decision to reject three offers from Saudi Arabia means slim pickings, as far as European destinations.
Galatasaray remains a possibility; there are also rumblings of at least one Premier League club, but as for Juventus, that door looks to be closed now.
