Alisha Lehmann: 'World's most beautiful' footballer scores two stunning goals as Aston Villa whip Blackburn Rovers

The Switzerland international was in action as the Villains thrashed Blackburn during their FA WSL Cup match.

Aston Villa were looking to build on their win against West Ham last timeout and did it with style by lashing Blackburn Rovers 7-0.

Popular social media queen Alisha Lehmann was in top form for her team and was one of the best players on the field.

It was a joyous moment for Alisha Lehmann and her fans as she grabbed two sensational goals for Aston Villa.

Alisha Lehmann scored Aston Villa’s second and fifth goal of the game as they put seven un-replied goals past Blackburn.

Lehmann's first goal came from a powerful strike inside the near post from the right-hand side that left the goalkeeper in no man's land. 

She then scored the fifth goal for of the game after the ball was played towards her path at the back post.

After the game, Lehmann made a short video which was posted on Aston Villa Women's account on X, saying, “What a win today, we scored seven goals, I’m really happy to score as well… Up the Villa.”

The World's most beautiful football proved her doubters wrong today after being criticised for always wearing make-up to the field.

She showed them that she could still give a top-notch performance on the football field even with makeup.

Aston Villa will welcome Everton on Sunday as they look to extend their winning run and move higher up the WSL table.
