Valentine’s Day: Samuel Chukwueze moves on from AFCON heartbreak, jets off to Paris with bestie amid dating rumours

Amidst the heartbreak of Nigeria's loss in the AFCON 2023 final, Super Eagles of Nigeria star Samuel Chukwueze has chosen to move forward by jetting off to Paris with some of his Super Eagles teammates.

Pulse Sports reports that Chukwueze, along with fellow Super Eagles stars Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, and Semi Ajayi, decided to spend Valentine’s Day in the romantic capital of the world.

Accompanying Chukwueze on his Valentine’s Parisian escape is his best friend and influencer, Ikeme Amara, Pulse Sports reports.

Amara posted photos of the pair rocking the same Air Force 1s as they flew out to Paris on Wednesday.

Chukwueze and Amarachi s close relationship has sparked dating rumors in the past, but Chukwueze has since clarified their bond, stating firmly that they are just best friends.

Despite the wave of speculation surrounding their relationship, Chukwueze and Amara appear unfazed as they look set to explore the beautiful city of Paris together, enjoying each other’s company amidst the city's romantic ambiance.

Following the recent online abuse suffered by Alex Iwobi after Nigeria’s AFCON 2023 heartbreak, Chukwueze, one of the highest paid Nigerian footballers, opted to wipe his Instagram page of all Super Eagles-related posts.
