Sonia has once more made the headlines after her latest post in the wake of the tragic death of famous Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwodo.

Premium Times reported that the popular Nigerian movie star and three other actors were killed on Wednesday, April 10, when their boat capsized in River Niger in Anambra State while on their way back from a movie location.

Following the heartbreaking news of his passing, Nollywood actress and producer Adanma Luke turned reportedly herself in to the police over concerns about what transpired with the late actor who was working on her project.
Luke was also temporarily suspended from working with colleagues in the industry by the Actors Guild of Nigeria.

And now, Ighalo’s ex-wife took to social media to dish out her own verbal justice, while dragging her husband into the mix, alleging that the 34-year-old Al Wehda striker had an affair with Adanma Luke.

Taking to Instagram, she wrote via her stories:
“The news of this young man’s death is devastating. Funny enough during my social media outburst with my ex-husband last year, I saved all of his horrible words about me from Linda Ikeji’s blog and Instablog for future reference. I was like, does he know I’m the mother of Ighalo’s biological kids?
“Like carry man wey no concern you for head.
“Regrettably, he is no longer alive. Hmm.. This thing called life!
“Though I am aware that some so-called Edo celeb pushed the agenda. Rest easy, man. May God have mercy on you.
“This so-called quack Asaba producer was one of my ex-husband’s sidechics while he was in China. She runs a boutique.
“In this life, simply be good, kind and do good.”
Following Sonia’s wild revelation, Nigerians reacted on social media by calling out the ex-WAG and mother of three over her post.

Since Odion Ighalo and Sonia Adesuwa parted ways in 2022, the ex-WAG has constantly dragged the footballer on social media.
Having tied the knot in 2009, the pair initually parted ways in 2019, before eventually reconciling, only for the Adesuwa to divorce him without his consent in 2022.
Last year, Adesuwa said their marriage ended in 2019 but they reconciled two years later.

She alleged that Ighalo, one of the richest footballers in Nigeria, has been “fooling with different women” but she decided to be with him “lowkey”.
Adesuwa said she eventually “got tired” because Ighalo did not inform his family of their reconciliation.

“Separated 2019, got back 2021. I divorced him 2022 without his signature,” she said.
“He crawled back again I said okay for the sake of our children. We have been doing it lowkey despite his foolish display on Instagram with different women.”
Adesuwa had previously claimed Ighalo cheated on her with a BBNaija female celebrity, a Nollywood actress, and a famous disc jockey (DJ).
The ex-WAG also informed fans that she has since moved on to a new relationship and has kept her partner’s identity a secret ever since.
