Erica filed to have an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) nullified, and in the new court documents, obtained by HollywoodLife, she claimed that Tiger “decided to pursue a sexual relationship” with her after she was hired at his restaurant in South Florida.
“A boss imposing different work conditions on his employee because of their sexual relationship is sexual harassment,” her lawyer said in the documents.
According to a report from People, Erica Herman had been employed as a manager at The Woods Jupiter since 2015.
In March 2023, Erica Herman claimed that Tiger Woods owes her $30 million for locking her out of his home after the pair broke up in October 2022.
According to TMZ Sports who gained access to the legal documents, Herman spelt her grievances out, alleging Tiger Woods made her sign an NDA at the start of their relationship around August 2017 - the NDA which she now says is being wrongfully enforced on her.
The report adds that Herman says she's seeking clarity from the court here because, according to her, she's eager to share her experiences with Woods.
Therefore, she wants a judge to declare the NDA invalid and unenforceable.

Tiger Woods and Erica Herman dated for several years before ending things towards the end of 2022.
Herman was spotted with Woods at nearly every event since their relationship started.
