'He's not getting any younger' - Edwards says Usman's age will tell in trilogy fight.
English professional mixed martial artist Leon Edwards has hinted age will play a role in his next fight.
Edwards the reigning Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) welterweight champion takes on Nigerian-American professional mixed martial artist Kamarudeen Usman.
Ahead of the trilogy, Edwards has indicated certain factors that will see him victorious at the end of the fight.

Edwards talks about Usman's age and injury
Ahead of headlining the main event against Usman, Edwards discussed the fight in an interview with Skysports.
Edwards recorded a head-kick knockout victory against Usman in the main event of the UFC 278 in Salt Lake City, Utah, United States back in August 2022.
In the interview, Edwards started off by explaining that he enjoyed victory against Usman but did not lose focus of his priority.
He said, "I enjoyed my celebration enjoyed my time off, and um after that was already I already knew just coming to London.
"I said everything happens and go to timing and I feel like I'm in a perfect position right now.
"I need to cement my legacy first and cement what I need to do in this sport first before you consider that.
"I've got a lot of time left in the sport and I cannot take my mind off that."
Edwards then went on to explain that Usman's age and injury history will play a part in his victory when they face.

He added, "We adjusted our mistakes that we need to come up the right game plan you know to conquer.
"I feel comfortable with myself I feel comfortable in what outcome is going to be you know I'm truly prepared and ready

"I felt him twice now and I know how he fights and like he's not getting any younger you know he's injured and been in tough fights
"I'm only a 31-year-old man and just now going into my Prime you know and I'm feeling good so let's see."
On Saturday, March 18, 2023, Usman and Edwards now battle for the third time in the headline event of UFC 286 scheduled for the 02 Arena in London, United Kingdom.
