Francis Ngannou has a chance to become champion again in Bellator.

Cameroonian-French professional mixed martial artist Francis Ngannou is set to get a title shot.

Ngannou left the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) after being unable to reach a contract extension.

UFC president Dana White decided to strip Ngannou of the heavyweight title following the negotiations breakdown.

Ngannou is now a free agent and has set his sights on joining the elite in the boxing heavyweight division.

However and opportunity to be a champion in MMA has been offered to Ngannou before he joins the boxing ranks.

Dillian Whyte is ready to fight Francis Ngannou in the ring and in the cage.

Ngannou offered MMA heavyweight title

Ngannou now has a chance to become an MMA heavyweight champion in another body.

Ryan Bader has offered Ngannou the chance to become a heavyweight champion with the MMA promotion Bellator.

Bader was victorious against Fedor Emelinanenko and has now set his sights on a fight against Ngannou.

At the press conference after his latest win discussed the possibility of facing the former UFC champion.

Bader revealed that Ngannou has already set his sights on boxing but he is ready to offer him an opportunity to contest the Bellator heavyweight title.

He said, "When he signs the contract or whatever, then we could talk about it. I mean, Tyson Fury's calling him out and all that.

"I assume he is going to go and box instead. You know, once he signs with Bellator, we could kind of cross that bridge.

"But I'm looking to fight before that, so if it happens down the road, cool. He's not signed, first off. I don't think he's going to come here but if he does, awesome.

Ngannou then took to his official account to post more pictures of the meeting with Ronaldo in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

"I think he's one of the best heavyweights in the world and to get to go out there and beat him, and there's no question like okay, I'm legit."

Since defeating Cyril Gane in January 2022, Ngannou has not fought in the Octagon.

He is already in negotiations with Anthony Joshua's team according to Matchroom boxing promoter Eddie Hearn.

Ngannou will now decide on a return to the MMA or a big-money boxing debut later in the year.
