Just after the hour mark, Lawal Fago broke the scoreless tie, and Sunday Jude secured the victory in the fifth minute of added time.

With maximum points from two games, the victory sent the Flying Eagles to the top of Group D. 

Brazil, in contrast, are behind them in second place with three points.
