The 20-year-old is highly rated in Chelsea circles and is expected to have a bright future at the club when he returns to the first team.
Currently, with the Italian national team at the U20 World Cup in Argentina, Casadei has shown glimpses of how special a player he could be for the Blues after turning in a man-of-the-match performance in the opening game against Brazil.
Casadei brilliance against Brazil
Casadei scored twice and assisted the third goal as Italy earned a 3-2 win over Brazil, and the midfielder even managed to pull off a sublime piece of skill to earn his side a penalty, which he duly converted.
