Manchester United are already making moves ahead of the summer as they have now reached an agreement with their Napoli target.

Manchester United have reportedly reached an agreement with Napoli's defender Kim Min-Jae for a transfer in the summer as they look to strengthen their defence.

The 26-year-old South Korean international only recently joined I Partenopei last summer but has had an immediate impact, being a key component of a Scudetto-winning defence this season.

The former Fiorentina man has been linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks, and according to a recent report by talkSPORT, the Red Devils have reached an agreement with the centre-back, leaving only formalities.

Following the agreement on personal terms, Manchester United will have to deal with Napoli, but it is not expected to be complicated as a release clause enters his contract this summer.

This means Manchester United will only have to pay between £43-52 million for his services, and the Naples-based club will be unable to prevent the move should the player be willing, according to the report.

Napoli are said to have resigned to their fate and are already preparing for the exit of the defender, as they are said to be in the market for a replacement.

Meanwhile, according to French media outlet L'Equipe, United are now working to finalise a deal for the 28-year-old player who will become a free agent at the end of the season.

In an effort to get a jump on other prospective suitors who might try to hijack a deal, the Manchester United manager reportedly spoke with Rabiot.
