What Zengi said
Speaking on Beyaz TV in Turkey, Zengi revealed the details of the offer Galatasaray submitted to the Nigerian and the time-sensitive nature of the proposal.
"Galatasaray made an offer for Osimhen with an annual 18 million euros plus bonuses,” he said, per GsGazette. “They made a transfer offer to Napoli, but there is no agreement. Because Galatasaray is thinking of paying the money in instalments.
“Osimhen is waiting for an offer from the Premier League. Galatasaray gave the player a period of 1 week or, at the latest, 10 days. If Osimhen is not available, they will want to transfer Brazilian forward Richarlison. Okan Buruk has also approved this player."

Galatasaray line up alternative
As Pulse Sports reported, Galatasaray have reportedly lined up Tottenham forward Richarlison as an alternative option should they eventually fail to land their first-choice option, Victor Osimhen.
Tottenham are said to be prepared to sell him, with the club's hierarchy looking to reset things with the hiring of Thomas Frank. His current market value is €20 million, and Galatasaray are said to have lined him up should they fail in their plan to sign Osimhen.
