Jadon Sancho has made just three appearances this season all as a substitute, but his future at Manchester United is in doubt after a fallout with manager Erik Ten Hag.

“It happened to me, I got booed for England coming on by my own fans, so I have been there where he has been and it’s a horrible place to be.
“But he has good people around him, lots of people have come out and supported him and none more so than his manager.
“He seems to be taking it very, very well but unfortunately it’s the world we live in at the moment where it’s bordering on the ridiculous, certainly for England.
“He’s having a difficult time at Manchester United and there’s no disguising that, he has found himself out of the team and lost form. But the abuse goes beyond criticism.”
