However, this is not the case for publicly traded clubs, as being on the stock exchange requires absolute transparency. Galatasaray are one such club; hence, we are aware of the exact figures involved in Osimhen's transfer, not having to rely on third-party sources or estimates.

Transfer fee: €75 million 

Contract length: Four-year deal 

Sell-on clause: 10% on profit from the future sale of Osimhen 

Net salary: €15 million 

Loyalty bonus: €1 million 

Image right: €5 million 

The Osimhen deal has proven to be a capital-intensive one, as the Nigerian is guaranteed at least €21 million every season he stays at Galatasaray. 

He will be paid a net salary of €15 million and will be given a €1 million loyalty bonus. According to the details published, he is also going to be paid €5 million annually for his image rights. 

As Pulse Sports reported, Galatasaray Vice President Abdullah Kavukcu has explained the club’s decision to break their transfer record for Nigerian striker and fan favourite Victor Osimhen.

He boasted that Galatasaray were a big club capable of making such huge transfer moves. They believed in the signing of Osimhen and, according to him, went all out for it.
