Garnacho clashed with Red Devils manager Ruben Amorim towards the end of the season, publicly expressing his dissatisfaction with his limited playing time in the Europa League final.
Following the match, the 21-year-old was reportedly informed he was no longer in the club's plans and was free to seek a new team.
