Manchester City tell goalkeeper to find new club after completing £27 million signing
Stefan Ortega has reportedly been asked to leave Manchester City after the club completed the signing of 22-year-old goalkeeper James Trafford from Burnley for £27 million.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano revealed that City informed Ortega he's free to leave this summer.

The German keeper who joined City in 2022 from Arminia Bielefeld now faces several transfer options in England and elsewhere.
According to English media, at least 3 PL clubs are actively pursuing the 32-year-old goalkeeper.
Turkish giants Fenerbahce are also in serious talks to secure his services before the window closes.
Ortega’s contract with City runs until summer 2026, but the arrival of Trafford significantly limits his chances of significant minutes in the coming season.
Meanwhile, City are unlikely to make any more signings this summer, with the club now focused on outgoings. The likes of Ilkay Gundogan, James McAtee, and Manu Akanji have all been linked with exits.
