Reijnders was one of the standout performers in an otherwise disappointing season for AC Milan, making 54 appearances, scoring 15 goals, and providing 5 assists.
Although the Rossoneri extended his contract until 2030 in March, their absence from European club competitions certainly influenced the decision to part ways with one of their key players.
Man City agree deal for Reijnders
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens will acquire the 26-year-old Dutchman for a fee of around €70 million, including potential bonuses.

Deal almost done since yesterday as revealed and now being finalized for package worth around €70m.

Personal terms with the player were already agreed, and only a club-to-club agreement remained, which has now evidently been reached. City's initial offer was in the region of €60 million, but it was rejected a few days ago.
Man City are also working on two other transfers: Lyon attacking midfielder Rayan Cherki and Wolverhampton Wanderers left-back Rayan Aït-Nouri.
AC Milan may look to Real Madrid legend Luka Modrić, who is a free agent, as a replacement for Reijnders.
