Ademola Lookman is reportedly keen to play with Nigerian teammate Victor Osimhen at Galatasaray, following a turbulent past 12 months at Serie A side Atalanta.
Nigerian international and Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman has reportedly expressed a desire to play for Turkish Super Lig champions Galatasaray.
According to Turkish journalist Ferhat Kızıltaş, Lookman is impressed by the adulation shown to fellow Nigerian, Victor Osimhen, at the club.
Kızıltaş suggested that a mid-season offer from Galatasaray could seal the deal.

Ademola Lookman: EPL club plot January rescue mission after fight with Juric
Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman could be on his way to the Premier League in the January transfer window.
“If Galatasaray makes an official offer to Lookman during the mid-season break, there is a high probability that they will complete this transfer,” Kızıltaş said as quoted by Habersarikirmizi.
“Lookman follows Galatasaray’s matches. He is also impressed by the love shown to Osimhen. He wants to play here."
This interest comes as Lookman eyes an exit from Atalanta following a tumultuous period. Despite leading the club to the Europa League trophy with a memorable hat-trick, the 28-year-old’s season has been marred by public falling outs with two now-dismissed coaches, a transfer request, and subsequently refusing to train.
While he has returned to the team, a January departure is highly anticipated.
Lookman is currently with the Super Eagles as they prepare for their 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying play-off against Gabon on Thursday.
