Nnadozie began her professional career with Rivers Angels, where she quickly established herself as a standout player by winning the Nigeria Women’s Premier League in 2019 and lifting the Nigeria Women’s Cup three times.
Her exceptional performances earned her the IFFHS Africa’s Best Woman Goalkeeper award the same year.

In January 2020, Nnadozie moved to Paris FC, where she became a key figure over five seasons, making 118 appearances.
Her standout moment came in the 2025 Coupe de France Féminine final, where she saved two penalties to help Paris FC defeat Paris Saint-Germain.
