PSG star Kylian Mbappe reportedly looks to be staying with the French giants and may even extend his current contract.

The World Cup winner has been the subject of transfer speculation in the past couple of months after telling PSG he wants to leave the club.

The French international appeared to be leaving PSG this summer, with Real Madrid looking like his preferred destination.

PSG recently accepted a Saudi Arabian offer for Mbappe but the PSG star rejected the offer of leaving for the Middle East.

However, according to reports, Kylian Mbappe will stay at PSG and extend his contract until 2025, marking an incredible turn of events despite the controversy.

The Frenchman was recently barred from first-team practices after having some controversial issues with the club.

However, according to Daily Star, he has been reinstated back to the squad and allowed to train with the first team.

Mbappe now appears poised to extend his stay in Paris, just hours after it was revealed that he was back in training with the first team.

According to Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol on Twitter, “Kylian Mbappé will stay and play for PSG this season.

“Big win for PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi after standoff with his star player. Mbappé is now expected to extend PSG contract to 2025.

“Means he can’t move to Real Madrid for nothing next summer. Al-Khelaifi told PSG squad this morning “Kylian is committed to PSG. Kylian is back”

On Sunday PSG said as reported by Daily Star, "Following very constructive and positive discussions between Paris St-Germain and Kylian Mbappe before the PSG - Lorient game, the player has been reinstated into the first team training squad this morning."

Meanwhile, Lionel Messi, who joined Inter Miami in the MLS, is the only star player PSG has already lost this window.

However, according to reports, Neymar could also be on his way out of the club as he negotiates a deal with Al-Hilal.
