Russell Martin has discussed Cyriel Dessers’ Rangers future amid the reported rejection of a transfer bid.
Rangers boss Russell Martin cannot guarantee that Cyriel Dessers will be part of the club's Champions League plans.
As reported by The Daily Mail, the Scottish side recently rejected a £4.5 million bid for Dessers from AEK Athens and value the Nigerian international at around £6 million.

However, Martin insists that the Nigerian will not be sold at a reduced price despite significant transfer interest.
The Rangers boss admitted he cannot plan far ahead in football, especially with a Champions League qualifier just two weeks away.
Martin then praised Dessers, who has been recovering from an ankle injury, as a very good professional eager to train.
“We turned down a bid a while ago (for Dessers), which was nowhere near the valuation,” said the new Rangers boss.
“Cyriel has just been injured. He had a niggly ankle. He was here today. “He’s been desperate to train. He’s needed treatment on his ankle and I’m looking forward to working with him.
“He will get on the training pitch and start enjoying it. He has not kicked up any fuss, he seems a very good pro and I’ve been told that.”
Dessers scored 18 Scottish Premiership goals in 35 appearances last season, with 29 coming in 55 appearances in all competitions.
Last season's tally was an upgrade on year one, in which he scored 16 top-flight goals and 22 altogether.
