Jurgen Klopp has admitted that a future return to the Liverpool team is possible following Arne Slot's struggles in his second season.
The former Liverpool manager was with the Reds for nine successful years before deciding to leave in 2024.
He cited a need to recharge after "running out of energy" and has since taken on a new role as Head of Global Soccer for Red Bull.
The German tactician won seven major trophies: one Premier League, one Champions League, one FA Cup, two League Cups, one FIFA Club World Cup, one UEFA Super Cup and the Community Shield.

Klopp speaks on possible return
While Klopp has previously stated he has no plans to return to management, he clarified that if he were to manage again in England, it would only be for Liverpool.
"I said I will never coach a different team in England. So that means if [I return], it's Liverpool," Klopp explained on the Diary of a CEO podcast. "So yeah, theoretically, it's possible."
Despite this, Klopp emphasised his contentment with his current life away from the touchline. "I love what I do right now; I don't miss coaching," he said.
"I don't miss standing in the rain for two and a half to three hours. I don't miss going to press conferences three times a week or having 10-12 interviews a week. I don't miss that."
He added, "I'm 58... I could decide in a few years. I don't know. If I had to make the decision today, I wouldn't coach again, but thank God I don't have to do that. I can just see what the future brings."
