Francis Uzoho talked about his experience at Old Trafford Stadium when his team met with Manchester United in the UEFA Europa League.

In a very one-sided UEFA Europa League match at Old Trafford two years ago, the Red Devils made multiple attempts against Uzoho.

The Omonia goalkeeper was at his best making several saves to keep his team in the game but despite his effort, he was unable to keep a clean sheet.

Uzoho stated, as reported by BT Sports, as reported by the Sun, “I am not disappointed with the result because we had a great game, but we would have preferred to get at least a point. But I’m happy, it’s not an easy Stadium to play in with these big players.”

The Omonia goalkeeper expressed his happiness at having a good game against Manchester United, a team he has loved since he was a young boy.

Uzoho continued, “Yeah, it was quite an experience for me, being at Old Trafford, competing against top-level players, it was a thing of joy for me. I was really happy to be in that stadium. And to be able to participate as well.

Uzoho recently demonstrated his abilities for his club in Cyprus, keeping five clean sheets in his last six games.
