Villa announced the deal via their official social media platforms, expressing their excitement over the acquisition.
“Aston Villa is delighted to announce the loan signing of Marcus Rashford from Manchester United,” the club posted.
The Lions will cover at least 75 per cent of Rashford's wages, with the possibility of this rising to 90 per cent depending on the team's performance during the remainder of the season.
