‘He's so sharp off the mark’ - Ola Aina names difficult Super Eagles player to play against

The defender, known for his solid defensive talent, helped his club keep their unbeaten run away from home intact.

Aina has been an important player for the Super Eagles team and has faced many of the Nigerian attackers in training.

Despite facing a lot of skilled wingers and attackers, he has named the player that will give him a difficult time.

Moses Simon's abilities and on-field difficulties have been emphasised by Aina as being especially difficult for defenders.

In a recent interview with the Counter Attack podcast, Aina lauded Simon's remarkable speed and agility, calling him the Super Eagles team's hardest player to deal with.

Aina said, "To defend against, probably Moses Simon, because I wouldn't say he's unpredictable because you sort of know what he's going to do.

"I think that's only because we are always with him so we know what he's going to do. He's so sharp off the mark."

Although Simon's play could be a little predictable, the defender pointed out that his sharpness makes him a dangerous opponent.

Moses Simon has made just eight league appearances for Nantes this season, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
