The match in brief
Inter Milan started the match on a high note, scoring within 30 seconds. Marcus Thuram's clever flick from Denzel Dumfries' delivery caught Barça off guard, and the ball crept past Wojciech Szczęsny into the bottom corner.
Inter doubled their lead in the 21st minute through Dumfries' superb acrobatic strike. However, Barça fought back, with Lamine Yamal scoring a sublime goal and coming close to scoring again just before halftime. The hosts eventually drew level when Raphinha's pass found Torres, who coolly converted from close range.
Inter's set-piece prowess paid dividends when Dumfries headed home from Hakan Çalhanoğlu's corner. However, Barca equalised again just two minutes later, with Raphinha's stunning long-range strike crashing off the bar and against Yann Sommer.
