Football analyst explains why spending big money to sign Victor Osimhen is a sensible move.
Turkish football analyst Emre Bol argued that it was better for Galatasaray to spend the money required to bring in Victor Osimhen rather than spread the funds around developing their squad.
The 26-year-old is available in the summer for €75 million and the Cim-Bom, his temporary abode, want to keep him permanently. The Nigerian has scored 30 goals for Galatasaray this season and is on course to win the domestic double.

What Bol said
"It was not expected that such an inconsistent Fenerbahçe squad would become champions before Galatasaray. He brought in Osimhen and made a difference,” Bol said, per GsGazette.
“The same guys are always playing in Galatasaray. Why are you breaking the squad like a puzzle? Galatasaray spent around 50 million euros on mid-season transfers. Which ones worked? Lemina and Eren. Frankowski, maybe. Ahmed, Cuesta didn't work. Spend a little more money and give Osimhen 60-70 so that you can have peace of mind in the attack.”
)
Galatasaray have always been clear that they are willing to do what it financially takes to sign the Nigerian; the hurdle is Osimhen's desire to play for a Premier League club.
However, as Pulse Sports reported, Premier League teams are not willing to make the investment necessary to bring in Osimhen, as his wage demands are deemed exorbitant.
